Have you ever done Bikram or do you stay with the calmer side of it?

I've done Bikram, but I didn't really enjoy it as much as I enjoy the 'calmer' more relaxing versions. I do it for stress/anxiety relief, so doing stuff that constantly frustrated me defeated the purpose of going in the first place, ya know?
